I love pretty much all insects, and I have a real soft spot for pollinators.  My internship, my senior thesis research, and my post-graduation summer job (which will hopefully turn into a more permanent research position--keep your fingers crossed for me!) were all in the field of bee research, so when I found this adorable flannel at Joann's, I just couldn't resist buying myself some to make pajamas pants out of.  

 

I think that as this blog progresses, you'll begin to realize that I have a thing for pajamas.  I'm pretty sure that I own more pajamas than the average person.  At least I can say that I made most of my own pajamas?  So they're all wonderfully geeky and cute.  That's definitely a plus.
